    The ability for anyone to use any website that requires the ability to login requires certain data being exchanged between your computer and the website or service.  Programmers use technologies such as cookies (small files stored by your browser), web beacons, or unique device identifiers to be able to do this.  Without this technology, there would be no way for you to privately login to any site. Dopoxy.com only uses these technologies to identify you, to allow you access to the private part of the site, they are not used in any way to collect personal information about you.  


    Almost all web services as a matter of course log information such as your browser, operating system, IP address, country of origin, which pages are most frequently visited and so on.  These are referred to as metrics.  


    To customize our service for you, we may collect, your location data to talk to people online. This location data is collected anonymously in a form that does not personally identify you and is only used to provide and improve our services. 


    We value your privacy and do not collect personally identifiable information about you. We do not collect or share information such as your name, address, phone number or email address.  It is not necessary to supply an email to login and access the website.  


    But we may require certain information during correspondence or if you sign up for our newsletter or contact us for customer service, or access any of our paid services.    


    Email Tracking 

    E-mail messages we send to you may contain code that enables our database to track your usage of the e-mails, including whether the e-mail was opened and what links (if any) were clicked.  


    Administration Announcements 

    We reserve the right to send you communication relating to the Dopoxy services, without offering you the opportunity to opt out, if we have your contact information.  These communications include service announcements and administrative messages.  


    Online Survey Data. We may periodically conduct voluntary user surveys. We encourage our users to participate in such surveys because they provide us with valuable information towards the improvement of our services. We include no personal information. All responses remain anonymous.

    We, in general, do not share personally identifiable information (such as name, address, email or phone) with other companies. We may make identifiable and/or anonymous information available to third parties in limited circumstances. We will attempt to notify you, but your consent will not be required in these cases.

    We reserve the right notwithstanding any other provision of this privacy statement or our Terms and Conditions of Service, but have no obligation, to disclose any information that you submit to the services, if in our own opinion, we suspect or have reason to suspect, that the information involves someone who may be the victim of abuse in any form. Abuse may include, without limitation, domestic violence, child abuse, spousal abuse, neglect, or elder abuse. Information may be disclosed to authorities that, at our sole discretion, we deem appropriate. These authorities may include, without limitation, child protection agencies, or court officials, or law enforcement agencies.     Some services may require the need for us to disclose your information to a trusted third party, for example, outsourced customer care services or technical support may need access to your information to perform necessary services for you.
